This new full-size restaurant built from scratch was one of the mostchallenging projects we’ve ever taken on. Careful planning and execution were required to make everything work in space. We maximized the ceiling height, even with the complicated duct work for the kitchen hood and the huge make-up air unit in the limited ceiling space. The combination of tankless hot water supply and reservoir tank has helped the staff of the restaurant.
